I need help with video conversion fast? - samsung sports camcorder

I have some videos that were very important in CCITT U-Law, I can not veiw on my computer, I can not put it on YouTube. Tire when I see in Windows Media Player is the team and me his Vido, but no picture. These videos were taken in a sport x Samsung camcorder. Does anyone know a program that is in a format you can be found on my computer and then change on YouTube?
